FOR THIS MONTH COAST CARE WOULD LIKE TO PRESENT YVONNE DAVIDSON WITH THE NOVEMBER OUTSTANDING ACHIEVMENT AWARD. WELL DONE YVONNE 🥰🥰                     1. Due to her researching one of her clients condition she suggested to her Clients husband to try a new drug. This drug is not usually given due to the expense however her consultant did on this occasion prescribe it. This now means for the first time in years the client is now able to feed herself and there has been a massive reduction in tremors/shaking. This gives that client independence she thought she had lost.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       2. Yvonne supported the client to an appointment with his consultant - she had also researched the condition. This client took freezing episodes and suffered many falls. During the appointment Yvonne was able to detail exactly what his issues are as well as concerns. This resulted in a change of medication which has now drastically changed this mans day to day health. The consultant from the hospital was so impressed she went out of her way to write a letter expressing her admiration of Yvonne.
